If you’re wondering how best to use P.S. Modern syrups, the formula is simple. Begin with our recommended ratios and adjust to your taste. Once you find that perfect ratio for you, it becomes second nature. 

For water (carbonated and uncarbonated) and syrup combinations, we recommend a 1 to 7 syrup to water ratio. 

If you’re mixing it into a glass of water (hot or cold), add the syrup first and the water on top. 

If you’re using a Soda Stream, be sure to carbonate the water first and add the syrup after. 

When it comes to cocktails and more complex mixed drinks, do some experimenting! You can try swapping our syrups for simple syrup in a recipe and measure it that way! Or, use it as a new addition to a favourite drink. It’s your experience!
