P.S. Modern Pop Shandy
Our Elderflower Soda Pops are made in Canmore, Alberta, with only four ingredients: water, sugar, citric acid, and elderflower. The pop has about a fourth less sugar than regular sodas and substantially less sugar than fruit juices.
There are endless ways to enjoy our pop, so we’d like to tell you a few! First, you can throw it in the fridge and drink it chilled like a normal pop.
Next, you can add it to a glass of white wine for a beautifully aromatic spritzer.
Finally, you can add it into a beer for a beer cocktail called shandy. This is perfect for after a bike ride or a hike on a hot summer day. Here how you make your own:
Shandy Method:
Add your soda into the bottom of a beer glass, give or take a third of the way full
Take any light beer like a lager or a pilsner and top it up
