Red Crush

This special beer cocktail is light on alcohol but offers the relaxing and refreshing experience of sipping a creative drink for beer and cocktail lovers alike. Delightfully carbonated with the added taste of tart-but-sweet hibiscus, this drink is perfect for all seasons and all occasions. Because it is so simple to make, you can lean on this crowd-pleasing drink for all types of celebrations and get-togethers. Or, you can mix one up for the perfect twist on your apres ski beer.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz P.S. Modern Hibiscus Syrup

  • Soda Water

  • Beer (a light beer like a lager or a pilsner works great!)

Method

  1. Add your Hibiscus syrup

  2. Add soda. You’re going to want about ⅓ of your beer glass to be soda

  3. Top up the rest of your glass with beer

  4. Enjoy!
