Chef Patric Stettler brings over 20 years of international cheffing experience to every dish he creates. Raised in Canmore, Alberta and professionally trained in Switzerland, he combines elevated European cuisine with warm Canadian energy to carefully craft memorable dishes and atmospheres for all pallets and occasions.
Chef Patric comes from a long line of hospitality professionals and studied at hotel school himself. Entertaining and enchanting others is central to both the person and the Chef that he is.
