The Hugo

The Hugo

Move over mimosas, this is the perfect brunch cocktail recipe. If you aren’t a fan of cocktails before 5 p.m., it also pairs perfectly with a BBQ or a backyard get together.

The Hugo is a delicious and fruity drink that isn’t too fruity and just the right amount of fizzy.

Your drink includes berries, mint, lime, and of course, PS Modern’s Elderflower syrup to make it stand out. All pallets can enjoy this one because it’s as smooth and satisfying as can be.

If you’re just looking for a refreshment without the booze, feel free to leave out the Prosecco.
